Organisations are living systems. To organise is to maintain a subtle balance between Continuity, Change and Innovation. It means safeguarding one's identity by making adjustments to the environment and achieving market-oriented revitalization.

Organisational Behaviour Development supports clients in thinking about the future, in making choices and in generating energy to translate vision into behaviour. Support is provided at the level of the individual, the group and the organisation.

Support can be given through training sessions, process guidance sessions or a combination of both. The starting points for our approach are:

  • Realizing a shared and desired future (To organise is to create) is easier than undoing the past (change as problem-solving).
  • To work in an organisation is to work for the organisation. Everyone shares a major responsibility for the effective functioning of the organisation.
